The Royal Chace Hotel opened a brand new fitness suite in May 2008, comprising two areas.
The cardio-vascular room features 9 stations, including 2 cross-trainers, 2 running machines, a stepper, 3 exercise bikes and a power plate vibration technology machine. Additional facilities in an adjacent room include a resistance multi-station machine, free weights, 2 indoor cycles and a stretching area. All facilities are for the use of hotel residents only.
The fitness area is bathed in mood lighting, graduating between a range of soft colours every other minute.
In addition to the fitness facilities, a sun shower and an American pool table have also been added.
